Booking details, explained.

This page explains what the MorrowKite booking form asks for and how those booking details are used. The Contact page offers direct contact options rather than a message form submitted through this site.

What the booking form asks for

To request a session, the form asks for:

  • your full name, email address and phone number;
  • the appointment slot you select;
  • your preferred call method: Phone call, WhatsApp call or Zoom;
  • confirmation that you are 18 or older; and
  • an optional answer of up to 500 characters to “What would you like to work through?”

How booking details are used

Your name, email, phone number, selected appointment slot and preferred method are recorded with the booking to arrange and manage the session. Contact and booking details support communication about your booking. After payment is verified, the booking flow attempts to send a confirmation email to the email address you provided.

The optional answer

You can leave the answer blank. If you provide one, it is recorded with the booking and appears in the booking manager’s admin view.
